Excellent!!! Kevin is an amazing instructor and is very patient with the students. I have only taken a couple lessons so far but I have learned so much within that time it shocks me that I could even learn that much. Before I started taking lessons with him I would try and pluck away at the strings of the guitar but I'm gradually getting better thanks to him. Thank you!

Great Instructor. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone who wants to learn the guitar. Kevin instructs lesson’s in an easy going yet detail manner. His lessons and manner brings confidence to the student and this allows for his students to progress through their studies. If you want your child or yourself to learn the guitar, Kevin is the instructor you should look to first.

Kevin is the best!! If you want a guitar instructor who not only knows the instrument, but has the patients of a saint, then look no further. His skill is beyond question (and you can buy his albums to find out for yourself), but his teaching method places emphasis on the strengths of the individual student, and focuses on areas where improvement is needed. Half the time you don't even realize that you are improving. Plus, he reinforces the material by giving his students a solid background in music theory, which allows what I call intuative playing, a skill that the best guitarists have. I highly recommend him, and would still be taking lessons with him if I hadn't been forced to move.

I recommend Kevin to anyone interested in learning how to play the guitar and music theory. He is extremely patient and knows his way around the fret board and the piano as well. His skills on the guitar are without a doubt unparalleled. If you want to learn how to play, especially more than just a few riffs or chords, and really get into playing, writing music, and learning the theory behind the music, Kevin is the teacher you want to learn from. I highly recommend Kevin to everyone I talk to that is either just starting out or is needing to refine their skills as a guitarist. I've been taking lessons with Kevin since 02/11, and am always very impressed with his talent and vast musical knowledge. I really appreciate the patients that he has in explaining both basic and complex concepts. In just a few months we've covered a lot of material and have greatly increased my skills. Kevin has been teaching my daughter guitar for almost a year and he is the perfect combination of technical expertise and open minded patience. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. He never gets flustered or frustrated and is incredibly positive.

My daughter is fairly quick on picking up technique.
However, she's bashful and lacks self-confidence.
Kevin patiently works with her and encourages her
to get better without being forceful. She doesn't
seem to want to continue with lessons but becomes
defensive if I suggest she stop. "Kevin is a really
